Dave and Melissa Sachs' private facility is located in the San Francisco Bay Area in the beautiful town of Morgan Hill, California. Neighboring the property are other equine facilities and ranches, including a racehorse training facility and track and numerous wineries and a Private Resort and Golf Course (photo below).

The full service facility includes an outdoor 100' x 300' sand arena, and a covered 100' x 150' arena with 60' of full height continuos mirrors for training and position use. The Barn and 20 oversized stalls are all under one roof. The large stalls are bedded generously and cleaned seven days a week. Quality hay is fed twice a day at consistent times. Supplementation, specialty feed if needed, and blanket service provided seven days a week.
